Just a reminder, please be aware of out terms of business relating to cancellation of private lessons. In order to keep price to a minimum, we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours notice be given for cancellation of any private lessons.

We do understand that illness cannot be foreseen, however it is only by administering this policy Ridgley that we are able to supply the facility, standard and price structure that we currently enjoy.

If you need to cancel a lesson at short notice for any reason it may be worth seeing if there is someone else that you know who would like to take advantage of this lesson rather than the money being lost.

Please also be aware our invoicing system is automated and that does not allow us flexibly of choice. Please do not ask to be a special case, as everybody is a special case.
